During 2008 and 2009, Max Management supported Dansikring Direct with a detailed Leadership Program concentrated on alignment between Business Strategy and Performance Management. A process conducted in a very professionally and supportive way, that, as a consequence hereof resulted in a continuous cooperation with Max Management. 

Coach Program has for me been a tool, to get the leaders to work together across the entire company. While we have a greater understanding of one another and a better insight into the departments’ responsibilities, we have a variety of tools that will help us in our future development as leaders in Securitas Direct.

Vi fik muligheden for at arbejde med den fulde organisation i Dansikring Direct/Verisure. For at opbygge den rigtige række uddannelse moduler og coaching sessioner med direktionen, lavede vi en analyse af hver enkelt medarbejder i virksomheden-begyndende med Executive management team og sidenhen alle medarbejdere i organisationen.

Vi byggede derefter et træningssystem, coach Academy og Leaders Academy, der byggede specifikt på virksomhedens behov. Ved at tage Executive management team gennem alle modulerne før ledelsen, gjorde, at forandringsledelse og implementering af ændringen blev effektivt implementeret. Gennem processen havde vi flere individuelle coaching sessioner med ledelsesteamet. 

Man kan sige, at vi ved først at møde kunden og finde problemet, så hvor v var i stand til at løse problemet og sørge for resultaterne blev opnået.
